Consultation Descriptions​

​

Initial Consultation (75')

A comprehensive assessment for all new clients. We will explore your health history, eating patterns, goals, challenges and priorities, and work together to create a personalized plan that feels realistic, sustainable and supportive.

Standard Review Consultation (45')

Ideal for most follow-up appointments. This session provides time to review progress, address challenges, build skills and confidence, and continue working towards your goals with personalized guidance and support.

​

Extended Review Consultation (60')

Recommended for eating disorder recovery and other complex presentations where additional time is needed for therapeutic support, care planning, recovery work and personalised guidance.

Medicare & Private Health Rebates

Medicare rebates may be available for eligible clients with:

• A GP Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)

• An Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDTP)

Medicare rebate is currently $61.80 per consultation. Private health rebates may also be available depending on your level of cover and health fund.

Payment

Payment is required on the day of your appointment. After your consultation, a secure payment link will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS through Tyro Health, allowing you to make payment safely and conveniently by credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. As appointment times are reserved especially for you, providing adequate notice allows the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for support.
