Nourishment is about more than what you eat.
It's about how you care for yourself, connect with your body,
and cultivate a life that feels meaningful, joyful and well lived.

About me
Hi, I'm Kelly, a Melbourne-based Accredited Practising Dietitian, Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician and founder of She Nourished.
I've worked in nutrition and dietetics for more than 20 years, with most of my career spent in private practice. My work brings together my two areas of clinical interest - women's health and the relationship we have with food and our bodies.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting women through midlife and perimenopause, when changing hormones can influence appetite, eating patterns, body image, mood, digestion and the way we experience our bodies.
I also support women living with PCOS, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain and gut-related concerns, particularly when these intersect with nourishment, body image and overall wellbeing.
My approach
My approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition care and guided by compassion, curiosity and respect.
I practise in a way that is client-centred, trauma-informed and aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles. This means supporting health-enhancing behaviours without making weight the focus, except where weight-related intervention is medically indicated for safety.
Together, we'll explore ways of eating and caring for yourself that feel supportive, sustainable and aligned with your values. I value your lived experience, body autonomy and inner wisdom, and aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected and never judged.
I also engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision, keeping my practice informed by emerging research in nutrition, eating disorders and women's health.
What nourishment means to me
Food nourishes us physically, but I believe a nourished life is about so much more.
It's also found in connection, creativity, movement, rest, nature, spirituality, purpose and the relationships that matter most.
She Nourished was created from this belief: that caring for yourself isn't simply about what you put on your plate. It's about creating a life in which you feel supported, connected and more at ease in yourself.

A few things I love
I'm a wife and mum to four children. I cherish time with my family and friends, and my faith is a grounding and important part of my life. When I'm not working or on mum duties, you'll usually find me dancing, journalling, watercolouring, or soaking up slow, meaningful moments with the people I love.
I’m also a cat mum and a chocolate lover (of the Whittaker’s variety).
And I never tire of seeing purple sunsets.
