Welcome to She, Nourished - a space created especially for women in midlife who are ready to care for themselves in new and more meaningful ways.

Whether you’ve arrived here in anticipation for this season, or if you're already there (the shifting hormones, a changing body, the hot flushes and sleepless nights, the brain fog, the mood dips, and the sheer weight of juggling it all) - you’re not alone.


Midlife can feel like a lot. But it can also be a time of transformation: an invitation to pause, to listen inward, and to let go of old ways of thinking that no longer serve you.


This is your time to reconnect with yourself. To care for your body with respect, not criticism. To nourish yourself - fully, gently, and without guilt.


Here, you’ll find conversations, insights, and inspiration to help you:

  • Support your hormones and manage symptoms of perimenopause and menopause with nourishment, not restriction.

  • Achieve balance through food that supports your gut, your mood, and your overall wellbeing.

  • Rebuild trust in your body’s wisdom and recover from unhelpful patterns around food or body image.


All with a foundation of kindness, compassion, and science - not diet culture.

Here, we’ll unpack what real nourishment means in this phase of life, what I call nourishment that goes beyond what’s on your plate.


We’ll explore the many ways you can feed yourself — body, mind, and spirit — through food, movement, rest, creativity, connection, and reflection.


This is a space to find clarity amid the clatter.


Because when you nourish yourself from the inside out, you create the foundation for lasting wellbeing — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
