At She, Nourished, I provide virtual 1:1 nutrition counselling and nutrition therapy for women who may be experiencing:

 

  • PCOS

  • Endometriosis

  • Perimenopause and menopause

  • Chronic pelvic pain and/or gut related issues 

  • Issues that are disrupting their relationship with food/eating or body image concerns.

  • Evidence-based and weight-inclusive – guided by the non-diet and HAES® frameworks.

  • Collaborative – focused on clear communication and integrated care with referrers and the wider support team.

  • Client-centred – tailored to each woman’s individual needs, preferences, and circumstances.​

Referrals

Referrals are welcome from GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health professionals, pelvic floor physiotherapists, counsellors and other allied health providers. 
 

If you would like to refer a client, you're welcome to download and complete our Client Referral Form and fax to (03) 9022 7814. I will contact clients directly to arrange an appointment and keep you informed as part of their care team.​
