Hi, I'm Kelly.
I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in women's health, particularly nutrition through midlife. I help women navigate the changes that can come with this stage of life - from shifts in health, hormones and body image to changing nutritional needs and your relationship with food.
I also support clients with a range of other nutrition concerns, including digestive health, disordered eating, eating disorders and chronic health conditions.
If you're finding yourself with more questions than answers about what your body needs, you're not alone.
Perhaps you're asking yourself:
"Why does my body feel so different?"
"Can I care for my health without going back to another diet?"
"Can I learn to trust my body and food again?"
"What actually matters for my health now?"
If these questions feel familiar, you're in the right place.
I help women find ways of nourishing themselves
that support their health, honour their needs
and help them rebuild trust with food and their bodies.
The menopause transition can change more than your hormones.
Hormonal changes through midlife can affect appetite, digestion, sleep, mood and metabolic health - as well as the way you relate to your body and food.
Nutrition can be one part of understanding what your body needs now and supporting your health through these changes.
