Perimenopause, food & body image support from a non-diet dietitian
Supporting women in midlife navigating eating concerns, body image, and perimenopause

I’m Kelly, an online dietitian supporting women in midlife whose body and relationship with food feel harder than they used to.

I provide compassionate, weight-inclusive support 1:1 nutrition counselling for women across Australia, with a focus on supporting those in midlife navigating perimenopause, eating concerns, and body image challenges.

My work centres around supporting women to:
-
Rebuild a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food and their body
-
Navigate eating disorders and disordered eating, including binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa
-
Feel more at ease with changes in hunger, appetite, and eating patterns during perimenopause
-
Move away from food rules, restriction, and cycles of control
-
Gently support nourishment in a way that feels sustainable and flexible
I also support women navigating hormonal and reproductive health concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, and gut health conditions, where these intersect with eating and nourishment.

My approach is weight-inclusive, non-diet, and aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES)® principles.
It’s compassionate, evidence-based, and trauma-informed - grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.
I work collaboratively with you to support nourishment in a way that feels sustainable, flexible, and supportive of your body.
If you’re wondering whether this approach feels right for you, you’re warmly invited to book a free discovery call to explore whether we’re a good fit.
