​Hi, I'm Kelly, a Melbourne-based women's health and eating disorder dietitian, and founder of She Nourished.​

I created She Nourished because I believe every woman deserves to experience food as nourishment rather than something to fear or control. Food is not only essential for our physical nourishment, but also for celebration, connection, comfort, culture and joy. It's woven into some of life's most meaningful moments. Yet for many women, their relationship with food has become shaped by dieting, illness, body image struggles, low self-worth or feeling disconnected from their bodies, making something so fundamental feel confusing, exhausting or even frightening.

Whether you're living with an eating disorder, struggling with body image or chronic dieting, or navigating women's health conditions such as PCOS or endometriosis, my role is to support you with compassion, curiosity and evidence-based care. Together, we'll work towards helping you reconnect with your body, rebuild trust in yourself, and cultivate a relationship with food that feels peaceful, nourishing and life-giving.

My approach is non-diet, trauma-informed and grounded in Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles. Rather than focusing on weight, I support sustainable changes that honour your lived experience, health needs and personal values, so that food becomes just one meaningful part of your life -not the thing that defines it.
While women make up the majority of my client base, I also welcome anyone seeking compassionate, weight-inclusive nutrition support.
