Gentle nutrition support

Chronic health conditions, hormonal changes, life transitions, and struggles with food or body image can make life feel overwhelming.

Nutrition support shouldn’t add to that.

I’m Kelly (she/her), a women’s health dietitian providing gentle, non-diet, evidence-based care - with a special focus on women's health conditions as well as food and body image concerns across the lifespan.

​

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. We work together to support nourishment in ways that feel sustainable, flexible and intuitive.

​

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician, I offer 1:1 medical nutrition counselling via telehealth, supporting women to:

  • Rebuild a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food and their bodies, support recovery from eating disorders and other struggles related to food, eating and body image.

  • Support hormonal health and manage symptoms across life stages, including perimenopause and menopause.

  • Navigate conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain and gut disorders such as IBS, with evidence-informed, compassionate care.

  • Improve nutritional balance and wellbeing without diets, rules, or restriction.
